Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Electronic mail, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently, demonstrate attention to detail, and be able to sit as required
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to operate switchboard or telephone system
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies
- The candidates should be able to record and relay information
- The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
