Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a technical diploma, while an Engineering degree
Experience: Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a Maintenance management role applying proven Maintenance best practices in a fast-paced industrial environment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills, work well in a team environment, be responsible, and be open to change
- The candidates should be results-oriented and quality-driven
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be knowledgeable Maintenance Managers and follow company policies, standards, and guidelines as they apply to all activities
- The candidates should be familiar with using a CMMS system and with applying Standard Operating Procedures in their work
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and apply a local Maintenance 3-year plan that aligns with corporate Asset Reliability objectives and incorporates strategic and budgetary elements, including KPI usage, resource projections, and senior management communication
- The candidates should be able to coach Maintenance staff to achieve desired results within the established budget envelope
- The candidates should be able to complete the annual corporate Asset Reliability maturity assessment with key stakeholders and execute identified actions to enhance program maturity
- The candidates should be able to manage the work identification and optimization process, including planning, scheduling, execution, follow-up, asset performance monitoring, and supplier relationship participation
- The candidates should be able to ensure effective communication among involved parties, monitor performance, and develop and manage corrective action plans
- The candidates should be able to manage the work prioritization process and audit Maintenance department performance, including work request and work order generation by all staff
- The candidates should be able to partner with Production and Sanitation teams to maximize facility performance through strong communication regarding found work and work status updates
- The candidates should be able to manage maintenance work planning and scheduling processes, ensuring proper staffing levels and clear role delineation, and audit results while providing coaching, actively participate in weekly planning and scheduling meetings to support maintenance operations
- The candidates should be able to establish workload criteria to maximize work completion rates and schedule compliance, be accountable for the quality reviews of post-Preventive Maintenance (PM) and completed Work Orders
- The candidates should be able to manage the maintenance work execution process, including establishing escalation criteria for late work, maintaining visual boards, and ensuring continuous communication among responsible parties
