Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and monitoring staff performance
- The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and conduct performance reviews
- The candidates should be able to cost products and services, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and recruit, train, and supervise staff
