Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively under pressure
  • The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks and demonstrate attention to detail in their work
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to stand for extended periods as necessary for the role

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and conduct performance reviews
  • The candidates should be able to cost products and services, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and organize and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, develop, implement, and analyze budgets, and participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, and lead/instruct individuals
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, recruit, train, and supervise staff
