  • The candidates should be able to coordinate wellness and disability management processes, ensuring compliance and support for Team Members
  • The candidates should be able to manage scheduling for all store Team Members using the time and attendance system, ensuring optimal staffing levels
  • The candidates should be able to assist store leaders with planning and executing team meetings and events, contributing to a positive work environment
  • The candidates should be able to administer the Team Member uniform program and coordinate with the Royal Service Academy to track and monitor training program completion
