Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily activities, and manage staff by assigning duties and determining staffing requirements
The candidates should be able to study market research and trends to assess consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales
The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and develop and implement marketing strategies
The candidates should be able to plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and address issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, as well as conduct performance reviews
