Salary: $27.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Work setting: Motor vehicle repair shop

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credits policies
  • The candidates should be able to locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, develop and implement marketing strategies, and determine staffing requirements
  • The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews, and supervise office and volunteer staff
