Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 yearÂ
Security and safety:Â Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure, accustomed to tight deadlines
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and adept at a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be comfortable with walking and possess attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and comfortable with sitting
- The candidates should be familiar with bending, crouching, and kneeling

- The candidates should be accurate and have a strong client focus, possessing efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, be organized, and reliable, functioning effectively as team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, aligning responsibilities with individual skills and strengths and hire and train staff or arrange for training to ensure a skilled and competent workforce
- The candidates should be able to authorize payments by cheque, adhering to financial policies and procedures and order merchandise, maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand
- The candidates should be able to authorize the return of merchandise, following established guidelines and policies and establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business requirements
- The candidates should be able to sell merchandise, actively engaging with customers and promoting products effectively and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters for analysis and decision-making
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, implementing effective inventory management practices
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, ensuring customer satisfaction
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support for a productive and cohesive team
