Work setting: Construction, Commercial, Industrial, and Various locations
Supervision: 5-10 people, Roofers, Apprentices, and Labourers
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments, as well as be team players capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports, supervise workers and projects, and coordinate and schedule activities
- The candidates should be able to recruit and hire workers, carry out related staffing actions, and train or arrange for training
- The candidates should be able to set up machines and equipment, estimate costs and materials, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints and drawings and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
