Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and be adept at meeting tight deadlines
• The candidates should possess attention to detail and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be capable of walking for extended periods and comfortable standing for extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be accurate in their work and prioritize client focus
• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication
• The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach, be organized, reliable, and team players

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque
• The candidates should be able to order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and establish work schedules
• The candidates should be able to sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and organize and maintain inventory
• The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers
