Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelors in Finance, accounting
Experience: Candidates should have experience in financial management which includes the preparations of O and M, Capital and Supplemental budgets

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and have an open approach to resolving issues
  • The candidates should be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize work schedules and ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience with financial reporting, including variance analysis and risk assessment criteria for contract and intergovernmental agreements
  • The candidates should possess experience in coordinating and preparing departmental submissions for approval, such as budget submissions, variance reports, and year-end activities
  • The candidates should have experience preparing senior management briefing documents that incorporate research and statistical analysis
  • The candidates should demonstrate experience in providing recommendations to enhance program delivery and improve financial processes
  • The candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment, and strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
