Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and remain attentive to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, adapting to various work environments
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be focused on client needs, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication abilities and be a team player, showcasing initiative in their work

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods for meeting work schedules while supervising and co-ordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- The candidates should be able to hire food service staff, ensuring efficient food service and quality control
- The candidates should be able to prepare budgets and cost estimates, addressing customers’ complaints or concerns promptly
- The candidates should be able to maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports
- The candidates should be able to supervise and check the assembly of trays, as well as supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, demonstrating a focus on client needs and possessing efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication abilities and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should be a team player and show initiative in their work
