Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Electronic mail, Database software, Data analysis software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet, and MS Windows
Security and safety:Â Bondable and Criminal record check

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applicants
- The candidates should be able to review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- The candidates should be able to notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers
- The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the termination of the employment process, determine eligibility for entitlements, and arrange staff training
- The candidates should be able to provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs
- The candidates should be able to supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties and recruit and hire staff
