Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills and be flexible
- The candidate should be organized
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement price and credits policies
- The candidates should be able to locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, develop and implement marketing strategies
- The candidates should be able to plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements
- The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages and recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
