Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of The Common Core Electronics program will be considered an asset
Experience: Candidates should have previous technical Telecommunications experience will be considered an asset but is not a requirement
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work flexible rotating shifts
- The candidates should be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions
- The candidates must be capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing approximately 100lbs and working on ladders/poles at heights of up to 40ft
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate behaviors that support the Key Success Factors: Accountability, Adaptability, and Customer First
- The candidates should exhibit role competencies in Innovation/Creative Thinking, Problem-Solving/Judgment, and Achievement Orientation

- The candidates should be able to work in a crouched position and in confined spaces, such as attics and crawl spaces
- The candidates must have knowledge in Wi-Fi and possess general computer troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform installations of Rogers Ignite products and services, including internet, home phone, TV/streaming, and smart home monitoring
- The candidates should be able to service and maintain products with in-home support for customers, educating them on the best Rogers has to offer and how to get the best experience with their services
- The candidates should be able to inform customers of enhanced company products to secure increased sales
- The candidates should be able to complete company documentation pertaining to calls in accordance with the department processes and standards
- The candidates should be able to complete all assigned projects within established time parameters and standards
