Cloud IT is an IT company providing technical service and supplying IT equipment. We do planning, implementation, and ongoing system maintenance of IT infrastructure for business home and individual user; procurement of IT equipment. We provide customer focused services through highly experienced and certified IT experts. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such College/CEGEP
Computer and technology knowledge: Linux, Networking software, Networking hardware, Networking security, Internet, Servers, Desktop applications, MS Office, MS Windows
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
- The candidates should be able to consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- The candidates should be able to collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- The candidates should be able to provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
