Salary: $22.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 37.5 to 44 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
- The candidates should be able to monitor personnel workloads and locations, advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- The candidates should be able to follow up on issues with work orders
- The candidates should have knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
- The candidates should be able to maintain vehicle operator work records, and operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment
- The candidates should be able to record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
