Shifts: Evening, Weekend, Shift, On Call, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive resolution
  • The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment through cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings
  • The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, providing clear and appealing information to customers
  • The candidates should be able to advise on menu selections, helping customers make informed choices
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash and accurately record sales, ensuring financial accuracy
  • The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a tidy dining environment
  • The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • The candidates should be able to take orders and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff
  • The candidates should be able to train staff, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring a comfortable and accommodating experience
  • The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations
