Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs, and direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
  • The candidates should be able to hire and oversee the training and supervision of staff, oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, and oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate and the development of marketing strategies
  • The candidates should be able to plan and manage the facility’s operations budget, and plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
