Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have Completion of grade 12 or equivalency or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Candidates should have 2 years experience operating a forklift
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to lift, push, and carry heavy items
- The candidates should have the ability to work at heights
- The candidates should have the ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
- The candidates should have the ability to operate a vehicle, forklift, and order picker

- The candidates should have related warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- The candidates should have the ability to read, write, count, and speak English
- The candidates should have the ability to take directions, follow instructions, and regulations
- The candidates should have the ability to build effective working relationships
- The candidates should have the ability to use computer programs including word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling programs
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to unload and inspect materials for quality and quantity and able to compare purchase orders to packing slips and report any discrepancies
- The candidates should be able to document any variances between received materials and purchase orders
- The candidates should be able to record the receipt of all inbound materials accurately in SAP and able to label materials with SKU numbers, barcodes, descriptions, and bin numbers
- The candidates should be able to arrange and stock materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences
- The candidates should be able to restock shelves as required to maintain inventory levels and able to store, distribute, or dispose of returned materials as necessary
- The candidates should be able to maintain accurate records of all in-stock materials in SAP and able to accept and review the accuracy of outbound customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisition forms
- The candidates should be able to pick ordered materials from warehouse stock and prepare them for shipping and able to maintain accurate records of inventory movement in SAP
- The candidates should be able to record outbound material movement accurately in SAP and able to conduct scheduled inventory cycle counts and report any discrepancies between physical counts and SAP records
- The candidates should be able to review, correct, and complete order requests and documentation in SAP and able to resolve routine customer inquiries both at the counter and over the telephone
- The candidates should be able to accompany customers within the warehouse to assist with locating items and able to adhere to necessary safety methods, departmental processes, and corporate policies
- The candidates should be able to maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe working environment
- The candidates should be able to operate motorized material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and vehicles
