Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Post-secondary education diploma or certificate in office or business administration from a recognized program
Experience: Candidates should have experience providing administrative and secretarial support to executive and senior-level staff, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments and making travel arrangements

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in their work
  • The candidates should be proficient in answering telephones and handling public inquiries

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should maintain and provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
