Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 yearsÂ
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team, evaluate daily operations, and open and distribute mail and other materials
- The candidates should be able to plan and organize daily operations and supervise other workers
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments and manage contracts
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries
- The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
