Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- The candidates should have the ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs effectively
- The candidates should possess competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the company’s loyalty program
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to all health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and fully stocked
- The candidates should have the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication, as well as intrapersonal skills
- The candidates should have proficient computer knowledge, with a preference for Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
- The candidates should have or GED, which is preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience
- The candidates should hold a valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance during the course of employment
