Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to register arriving guests and assign rooms, process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations
- The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services, provide general information about points of interest in the area
- The candidates should be able to investigate and resolve complaints and claims, exchange foreign currency
- The candidates should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments, balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- The candidates should be able to maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, follow emergency and safety procedures, clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, assist clients/guests with special needs
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provide customer service, handle wake-up calls
