Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently, demonstrate attention to detail, and be experienced in performing repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent written communication skills, be organized, and demonstrate client focus
- The candidates should exhibit reliability and demonstrate adaptability
Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and manage contracts
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
