Salary: $26.50 hourly 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be organized, and reliable
  • The candidates should have excellent written communication, and ability to multitask

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, train, direct and motivate staff
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, plan and control budget and expenditures, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
