Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Area of specialization:Â Reports and records, Contracts, Statistics, Financial statements, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be accustomed to tight deadlines
- The candidates should be familiar with performing repetitive tasks and have attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask and be accurate
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication
- The candidates should be flexible, organized, and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel and related itineraries, make reservations
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and co-ordinate the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., train other workers, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory
