Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, train, direct and motivate staff
  • The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff, plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, oversee the preparation of reports, manage contracts
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage digital database, assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, perform data entr
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
