Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone, relay telephone calls and messages, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinating the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
