Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Bondable and Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should exhibit attention to detail in their work and be proficient in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of working with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and respond to employee questions and complaints
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and conduct research
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry, maintain and manage a digital database, and be aware of occupational health and safety protocols
