Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate good judgment and exhibit a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • The candidates should be organized in their tasks, effective team players, and demonstrate reliability in their work

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies while maintaining inventory
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute incoming mail, coordinate the flow of information, and set up and maintain filing systems, as well as type and proofread documents
