Salary: $42,000 to $50,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Shifts: Day
Transportation information: Public transportation is available

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Reports and records, Contracts, and Accounting
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Database software, and MS Office
Technical terminology: Legal and Financial

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compile data, statistics and other information
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports, respond to employee questions and complaints, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, perform data entry, and provide customer service
