Salary: $29.50 hourly for 32 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to multitask, should have excellent written communication, should be organized
- The candidate should be accurate, should have time management skills
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to evaluate and plan daily operations, open and distribute mail and other materials, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, and maintain and manage a digital database
