Salary: $23.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to maintain attention to detail and perform repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to multitask, be flexible, and be organized

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages and answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service
