Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to direct staff, motivate staff
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, train other workers
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, recruit and hire staff
