Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, and Invoices
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office
Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars and conferences while training other workers and determining office procedures and routines

- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information while ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and greeting people to direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems while typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
