Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries and send/receive messages
- The candidates should be able to sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and prepare invoices and bank deposits
- The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, provide general information to clients and the public, and organize and schedule office work
- The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to label files according to retention and disposal schedules and provide customer service
