Salary: $26.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

  • The candidates should work with efficiency, be hardworking, and dedicated to their responsibilities
  • The candidates should be proactive in identifying and addressing tasks, demonstrating effective time management skills
  • The candidates should have a strong client focus, ensuring satisfaction and meeting client needs, and be organized in their approach to work
  • The candidates should exhibit reliability in meeting commitments and be team players, fostering collaboration with colleagues

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries and send/receive messages
  • The candidates should be able to sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and prepare invoices and bank deposits
  • The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, provide general information to clients and the public, and organize and schedule office work
  • The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to label files according to retention and disposal schedules and provide customer service
