Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, answer the telephone, and arrange teleconferences
  • The candidates should be able to monitor mobile radio or telephone, provide directory assistance, and offer emergency services
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry and provide customer service
