Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 44 hours per week

Transportation information: valid driver’s licence, and own vehicle
Supervision: 16-20 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Bondable, basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be attentive to detail and able to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking while standing for extended periods
Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, recruit and hire staff, and supervise staff
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, conduct training sessions, and negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
- The candidates should be able to perform front desk duties and arrange for and oversee maintenance activities while enforcing policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, assist clients/guests with special needs, and develop and implement business plans
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, manage events, and organize and maintain inventory
