Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan
  • The candidates should be able to ensure clients’ investment, financial, and credit-related needs are met by providing a comprehensive retail banking offer or making formal introductions to appropriate Imperial Service and Business Banking colleagues
  • The candidates should be able to engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients they are valued, growing their network, deepening existing relationships, and working as one team to connect clients to the right people and opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to create relationships by networking with clients’ families and friends to uncover opportunities and refer them to appropriate partners
  • The candidates should be able to call both existing and potential clients to identify opportunities for future growth and revenue
  • The candidates should be able to engage in community and banking center events, such as business development events, client acknowledgment programs, and client appreciation days to create and enhance CIBC presence and gain market share
