Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:Â Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Hairstylist Trade Certification
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication and exercise sound judgment in their tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in their commitments
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to cut and trim hair according to the client’s instructions or preferences, and shave and trim beards and mustaches
- The candidates should be able to provide hair treatments, including waving, straightening, tinting, and scalp conditioning massages
- The candidates should be able to analyze hair and scalp conditions, provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for the scalp and hair, and apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses for color, frost, or streaking
- The candidates should be able to cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair, as well as suggest a hairstyle compatible with the client’s physical features or determine a style from the client’s instructions and preferences
