Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity for intricate tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various tasks and situations

- The candidates should be able to recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
- The candidates should be able to maintain financial records
- The candidates should be able to assist cleaners in performing duties
- The candidates should be able to coordinate work activities with other departments
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules
