Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to help create a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience for customers at Princess Auto, known as Royal Service, by providing exceptional customer service
- The candidates should be able to effectively interact with customers, serving as an important point of contact during their shopping experience, whether as the first or last person they interact with
- The candidates should be able to work primarily at the checkout or customer service desk, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and responding to customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- The candidates should be able to maintain the front of the store in a tidy and organized manner, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant environment for customers
- The candidates should be able to balance their cash drawer at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and accountability for funds handled
