Salary: $24.00 to $40.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to obtain information, perform administrative and office activities, and implement life skills workshops
- The candidates should be able to assess clients’ relevant skill strengths and development needs, develop, coordinate, and implement the delivery of specific services within the community, and implement substance abuse treatment programs
- The candidates should be able to implement behavior management programs, conduct individual and group counseling sessions, and establish a registry of special needs support workers
- The candidates should be able to liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients, develop service intervention logic models and outcome measures, and maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research
- The candidates should be able to assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs, assist clients/guests with special needs, and accompany clients to appointments and social outings
- The candidates should be able to supervise support staff, supervise office and volunteer staff, and prepare classification reports recommending the type of incarceration and types of interventions for rehabilitation
- The candidates should be able to plan rehabilitation programs with offenders, establishing rules of conduct, goals, and objectives
