Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of work experience: Cleaning

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in all weather conditions and be capable of working under pressure
• The candidates should be accustomed to repetitive tasks, be prepared for physically demanding tasks, and capable of handling heavy loads
• The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, have attention to detail, and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should exhibit dependability and demonstrate flexibility
• The candidates should show initiative and exhibit reliability
• The candidates should have strong time management skills

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
• The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers
• The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks
• The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
• The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision
• The candidates should be able to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
