Salary: $18.00 to $28.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: 08:00 to 16:30
Transportation information: Valid driver’s license, Public transportation is available
Work setting: Urban area, Business, Industrial, Private company, corporation or industry, Agriculture
Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word
Security and safety: Reference required

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries promptly and accurately, providing clear and helpful responses and demonstrate excellent communication skills and product knowledge
  • The candidates should be able to access and process information efficiently, utilizing various tools and resources to gather necessary data and maintain and manage a digital database, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, seeking to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and consult with clients after a sale to provide ongoing support, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services rendered, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, arrange for refunds and credits as necessary, following established policies and procedures, and issue receipts and other forms accurately, ensuring proper documentation of transactions
  • The candidates should be able to receive payments from customers securely and accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, or other forms of payment, and sell merchandise effectively, utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge to meet customer needs
  • The candidates should be able to explain the type and cost of services offered clearly and comprehensively, assisting customers in making informed decisions, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, providing necessary information to facilitate decision-making
