Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Dispatch management service software, mapping and data visualization software, operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment, and spreadsheet
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should possess attention to detail and be accustomed to a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries, maintain work records and logs, and monitor personnel workloads and locations
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, provide customer service, and assist with the maintenance of communications equipment
- The candidates should be able to follow up on issues with work orders, keep track of shipments, maintain vehicle operator work records, and operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment
- The candidates should be able to record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
