Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Dispatch management service software, mapping and data visualization software, operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment, and spreadsheet

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should possess attention to detail and be accustomed to a fast-paced environment
The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries, maintain work records and logs, and monitor personnel workloads and locations
The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, provide customer service, and assist with the maintenance of communications equipment
The candidates should be able to follow up on issues with work orders, keep track of shipments, maintain vehicle operator work records, and operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment
The candidates should be able to record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
