Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an assetÂ
Credentials: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of handling repetitive tasks with precision
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, engaging in storytelling
- The candidates should be able to lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest, as well as assisting early childhood educators in record-keeping
- The candidates should be able to engage children in activities like telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts, while guiding them in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
- The candidates should be able to observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors, attending staff meetings to discuss progress and problems
- The candidates should be able to plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children, organizing activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours
