Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Immunization records, Tuberculosis test

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to develop and implement child-care programs fostering the holistic development of children
• The candidates should be able to lead activities, including storytelling, song teaching, and local excursions, engaging children in various creative expressions
• The candidates should be able to support early childhood educators, guiding children in proper habits, and preparing snacks and lunch/rest areas
• The candidates should be able to observe children for potential learning or behavioral issues, preparing reports for parents or supervisors
• The candidates should  possess knowledge of licensing regulations, assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs, and communicate progress or problems with parents and staff
• The candidates should be able to attend staff meetings, establish collaborative relationships, and plan environments ensuring children’s health, security, and well-being
• The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants
