Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, Database software, MS Access, MS Office

- The candidates should be able to plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics and other information
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants, and arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry and provide customer service
